Proceli sees it as a continual challenge to optimize the taste sensation.
In addition to the absence of gluten, certain products are also suitable for intolerance to lactose or eggs. Others have a low protein content.
The croissants are pre-baked, pre-heat the oven to 200 °C, and then bake for 10 minutes.
